Halibut are some of the best eating fish in these cold Alaskan waters. They average 20 to 40 lbs, although you never know when a really big one may come along. Our largest weighed almost 400 pounds!

Salmon

King salmon can be caught year round in Cook Inlet. Lots of folks are discovering the thrill of our winter king fishery early in the year as well as catching them throughout the season!

There are many different species of rockfish. The most common are the black bass, with the larger ones averaging around 8 lbs. The bright orange rockfish, otherwise known as yellow eye, can weigh up to 20+ lbs.

What is the Grand Slam?

The Grand Slam is the most sought after trip we have to offer.

We will be targeting Halibut, Rockfish, Salmon.

Expect a day of action packed adventure on the magical waters of the Gulf of Alaska. To up our chances for sucess, you will be using a different rod and reel for each species we fish for. All of our gear is light weight which will assure you of a great battle regardless of what you are catching!

Not only is this an anglers dream come true, it has some of the most breathtaking sights on earth along with many types of whales, steller sea lions, otters, eagles etc.

Combining a day of catching a variety of fish, sightseeing from Homer to the Gulf and back along with sharing some wild fish tales will surely leave you with lots of unforgettable memories for many years to come!!
